September 16, 2011 Are carrot tops edible? That’s all that grew in my garden – no carrot roots.?
Question:I was thinking that maybe they would be pretty in a salad or something. But not if they are bitter or worse, poisonous. This is the 1st year I’ve tried carrots and I don’t know what went wrong. The orange part is about the size of a fingernail clipping, the leaves are luxurious.
